Demystifying Agile

Understanding the mechanics of Scrum is easy; otherwise there’s no way they could be taught in 16 hours, in a Certified Scrum Master class. Understanding why the mechanics work is a different thing altogether. In this series of posts, I will attempt to explain how and why they work the way they do; I firmly believe that attempting to use the mechanics of scrum without understanding the Agile spirit is a recipe for failure.
